Accessing Your Tester Profile
When you’re logged into your account, at the top right hand side of your screen, you’ll see a small arrow that’s pointing down. Click the arrow and select Profile on the drop down menu. This will bring you to your tester profile page and will allow you to make changes to your personal information, your account information, and your certification information.
Updating Personal Information
To update information such as your name, phone number, and job title, go into your tester profile and fill in the correct information in the fields provided. Be sure to click Save once you’re done so the new information is saved in the system.
Updating/Changing Password
To change your password, go into your tester profile. In the middle of the page you’ll see password fields marked “Current Password”, “New Password”, and “Confirm New Password”. Fill out all three fields and select Save to save your new password.
**Please Note: For security, your password must have the following:
- At least 8 characters in length
- Not be based on a dictionary word
- Has not appeared in public lists of compromised passwords
Adding a New Certification
To add a new certification just navigate to your tester profile by clicking on your name in the upper right hand corner of the screen and selecting "profile".
From there scroll down to the certifications section, and select the "Add Certifications" button.
Every tester is required to have an image of their up to date certification. Hit "Save" when finished filling out the required fields.
PLEASE NOTE: Once added, an organization user needs to review the certification, and approve the testers certification entry before the tester will be able to submit tests.
Editing a Certification
If you need to make changes to your certification, you can do so by going to your tester profile and scrolling down to the “Certifications” section of the page. In this section you’ll see the certifications you’ve entered into the system. To edit information in your certification, click the pencil in the upper right hand corner of your cert. Clicking the pencil will allow you to edit all of your certification information. Once you’re done editing, click Update to save the new information. When the certification is updated, the city will receive the updates and approve them. The Tester will not be able to submit a test after the original certification expiration, until the city approves the certification changes.
**Note: Users must have an active, up-to-date certification in the system in order to successfully submit a test.
